The reconstruction project of the administrative building in Khankendi aims to create a unified government center that is both functional and architecturally modern. Within the scope of the project, the renovation of the facades, optimization of interior layouts, and integration of the surrounding urban environment were developed for two main structures — Building A and Building B

The master plan has been designed with the overall structure of the city in mind. Priority has been given to establishing convenient connections between the administrative complex, green areas, pedestrian walkways, public squares, and road infrastructure. The site is harmoniously connected with the central square, the city stadium, and nearby hotel areas, contributing to a coherent civic environment

The project proposes upgrading the building facades using contemporary materials, highlighting its official institutional character, and incorporating energy-efficient architectural solutions. A comparison between the existing and proposed facades demonstrates a transition toward a more dynamic and prestigious architectural expression

Interior planning includes the redesign of meeting halls, reception areas, offices, security sections, and service spaces according to principles of efficiency and functionality. The goal is to improve administrative operations while ensuring a comfortable and organized environment for visitors
